Shipping prices are quoted at the time of order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse in Bendigo Victoria, the transit times will vary depending on the destination of your order and the method which it was shipped, however most orders will generally be delivered within 2 and 10 business days.

Please see below a list of approx. transit times:

Victoria: 2 to 4 Business Days

NSW: 2 to 4 Business Days

South Australia: 2 to 6 Business Days

Tasmania: 2 to 6 Business Days

QLD: 4 to 10 Business Days

Western Australia: 4 to 10 Business Days

Northern Territory: 7 to 10 Business Days

Note: We're unable to deliver to a PO Box, Private Mail Bag or Parcel Locker.

The above timeframes are intended as a guide only and are a reflection of recent past performance. There is no guarantee that parcels will be delivered within this timeframe as delivery is dependent on various factors such as freight volumes, capacity and any state or territory restrictions. 

If you've missed delivery or your nearest depot is too far away, a re-delivery fee may be organised with the courier. However, this will incur a redelivery charge set by the courier. 

We have accounts with several national delivery companies including (but not limited to): Border Express, AusPost, Sendle and Aramex to deliver our products around Australia, we typically use Border Express for delivery of larger items and in some cases we can negotiate cheaper shipping for Depo pickup, please do Contact Us if you would like to explore options. The services available and used for your order will depend on the destination, size, and weight of the items and delivery time frame.

Any deliveries to a location off the mainland of Australia will incur an additional shipping fee which will require to be personally quoted.

Direct from manufacturer stock shipping items

For items not held in stock in our warehouse they may be dispatched directly from our distribution partner or manufacturer.  These items will be clearly marked as such and provide an indicative delivery timeline.  We only partner with reputable distribution partners who generally deliver to most states in Australia within 2-7 business days.
